LCHIP Fee🔗
One unique requirement imposed upon residential real estate transactions in New Hampshire is the Land and Community Heritage Investment Program (LCHIP) fee. That fund supports grants awarded to entities and individuals preserving or revitalizing historic structures or promoting acts of land conservation.
